秩父第二蒸溜所の二作目となる、イチローズモルト「Chichibu Distillery II Hint of Sherry 2026」を入荷しました。
2019年に稼働を開始した秩父第二蒸溜所。そのオフィシャルリリース第二弾となる一本です。
名前の通り、シェリー樽の個性はあくまで“Hint（ヒント）”。主役になるのではなく、秩父らしい果実味や穏やかなスモーキーさに、やさしい甘みと奥行きを添えています。
シェリー樽好きの方はもちろん、「重すぎるシェリーは少し苦手」という方にもぜひ試していただきたい一本です。
The second chapter from Chichibu Distillery II has arrived. The “Hint of Sherry 2026” is only the second official single malt release from Venture Whisky’s second distillery.
As the name suggests, the sherry influence is just a hint. Rather than dominating the whisky, the casks gently add warmth and depth to Chichibu II’s bright fruit, soft smokiness, and elegant malt character.
