岐阜県産のフレッシュラベンダーを蒸留した一本。花だけでなく葉や茎も一緒に使うことで、華やかさだけではない、どこか青々とした爽やかさを感じられます。
ラベンダーというと甘い香りを想像される方も多いかもしれませんが、このジンはハーブのような清々しさもあるのが印象的。
ソーダで割ると香りがふわりと広がり、蒸し暑い季節にも心地よい一杯です。
