3月17日は、アイルランド最大の祝祭 セント・パトリックス・デー。
アイルランドを象徴するウイスキーといえばジェムソンですが、今週はいつもと少し違うジェムソン、「ジェムソン・トリプル・トリプル」をご紹介します。
トリプル・トリプルは、伝統の「3回蒸留」に加え、バーボン樽、シェリー樽、そして栗樽の3種類の樽で熟成されたシリーズ。
ナッツのような柔らかい甘みと、ほんのりスパイス。いつものジェムソンより少し丸みがあり、ハイボールにぴったりな軽やかで飲みやすい仕上がりです。
今年はトリプルトリプルでセント・パトリックス・デーに、少しだけアイルランドの空気はいかがでしょうか。
今週は平日の19時〜25時まで営業しておりますが、3月20日（金）は祝日のためお休みとなります。

While Jameson is one of the most iconic Irish whiskeys, this week at bar miyako we’re featuring something a little different: Jameson Triple Triple.
As the name suggests, it is not only triple-distilled, but also matured in three types of casks — Bourbon, Sherry, and Chestnut.
The result is a soft, nutty sweetness with a gentle hint of spice. Compared with the classic Jameson, it has a slightly rounder character while remaining light and easy to drink, making it perfect for a highball.
