3月8日は国際女性デー。今週の bar miyako では、お酒の世界、そして私たちのコミュニティを支える女性たちの「しなやかな強さ」に光を当てたいと思います。
この機会に改めてご紹介したいのは、特別なジョニーウォーカー「Jane Walker 10 Year Edition」（写真右）。ブランド史上初の女性マスターブレンダーとなったエマ・ウォーカー氏が手がけた一本。白桃のような瑞々しさとダークチョコレートの余韻が重なるその味わいは、繊細さと凛とした強さを併せ持っています。
そして今週、bar miyako にはもう一つ嬉しいニュースがあります。
3月12日より、臨時休業していた bar miyako living がいよいよ営業を再開いたします。
再出発の幕開けを担うのは、新しく就任する女性マネージャー。彼女ならではの感性とエネルギーが吹き込まれる新しい空間に、私たちも大きな期待を寄せています。
今週は赤坂のカウンターで、道を切り拓いてきた先人たちと、新しく歩み始める仲間たちへ、温かな祝杯をあげませんか。
bar miyako は今週も平日の19時〜25時、土曜日の19時〜24時まで営業しております。（bar miyako living のオープンについては改めてご案内いたします。）

Today, March 8, is International Women’s Day. At bar miyako, we are celebrating by honoring the quiet strength and creativity of women who are shaping the world of spirits, and our own community in Akasaka.
To mark the occasion, we are once again featuring Jane Walker 10 Year Edition, a special Johnnie Walker release crafted by Emma Walker, who later became the brand’s first female Master Blender. With notes of white peach and a dark chocolate finish, the whisky balances delicacy with quiet strength.
We also have another piece of happy news to share. On Thursday, March 12, bar miyako living will reopen after its temporary closure.
Leading this new chapter will be our newly appointed female manager. We’re excited to see the space take on new energy and character under her guidance.

bar miyako is open from 7pm-1am on weekdays, and from 7pm to 12am on Saturday, March 14. (We will post you on updates for bar miyako living separately). We hope to see you both at the bars soon!
