大事なお知らせ
1月30日をもちまして、bar miyakoを支えてくれたスタッフのDJとJJが ともにbar miyako を卒業いたします。
2022年以降bar miyakoのスタッフとして活躍してきた2人ですが、2024年に退職したbar miyako living 店長・野澤勇気からlivingの バトンを引き継いでからは特に大きく成長し、見事に日々お店を支えてくれました。その過程を間近で見られたのは、店主として何よりの幸せでした。
bar miyako と living の空間に、これほど自然に溶け込み、鮮やかに色を添えてくれたふたりは他にいません。この場所を一緒に育ててくれた日々に、心から感謝しています。
これからそれぞれの道を歩んでいく2人に、心の底からエールと祝福を送りたいと思います。もちろん寂しさはありますが、それ以上に、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
新年は1月5日（月）19時より営業を開始いたします。DJとJJにつきましては、14日（水）と20日（火）を除く平日に出勤予定です。残り少なくなりましたが、ぜひ彼らの最後の1ヶ月を、一緒に楽しく見届けていただけたら嬉しいです。
なお、今年は新しいスタッフも bar miyako に加わります！
新メンバーについても、順次ご紹介してまいりますので、どうぞお楽しみに。

Important announcement
On January 30, team members DJ and JJ will graduate from bar miyako.
The two have been with us from 2022 onward, but after full-time staff member Yuki Nozawa graduated in 2024, they quietly rose to the occasion, growing into absolutely indispensable pillars of the bar. Watching that growth up close has been one of the greatest privileges of my life as a bartender.
Never have two people fit so naturally and added so much quiet brilliance to both bar miyako and bar miyako living.
I’ll be forever grateful for the days they spent helping shape the bar into the place it is today.
As they move on to the next chapters of their lives, I wish them well, with love and affection. Yes, I’m heartbroken, but more than anything, I’m thankful that they chose to spend so much of their time with us.
We reopen for 2026 on Monday, January 5 at 7pm. DJ and JJ will be working on all weekdays except for January 14 and 20, so please stop by to wish them well in their last month at the bar!
And this year, we’ll also be welcoming some new faces to the team!
We’ll be introducing our new staff members gradually, so please look forward to meeting new friends.
