マッカラン「ハーモニー・コレクション インテンス・アラビカ」
エチオピア産アラビカ豆の香りと風味に着想を得て造られたこの一本は、アメリカンオークとヨーロピアンオークのシェリー樽で熟成。この樽使いが、深煎りコーヒーを思わせる香ばしさと奥行きを生み出しています。
ティラミスやカプチーノ、ジンジャーブレッドを想わせる香りとエスプレッソ、ダークチョコレート、レーズン、ブラックベリーのような味わいが、長い余韻とともに広がります。

Crafted to echo the rich aroma and flavor of Ethiopian Arabica beans, this limited-edition release was matured in a combination of American and European oak sherry casks.
This careful cask selection brings out a deep, roasted richness reminiscent of dark coffee, with an aroma that carries hints of tiramisu, cappuccino, and gingerbread and a taste which evokes espresso, dark chocolate, raisins.
This is all carried by a lingering finish, which embodies the “harmony” between coffee and single malt, in purely original Macallan style. We are now pouring by the glass, so please come in for a taste if your interest is piqued!
